We had a massive need for heavy-duty garment racks (for organizing and hanging yards of Steiff teddybear/mohair fabrics which are super heavy compared to normal fabrics. Out of the two styles we ordered, the Gemini was our favorite over the Z-base. The other style (z-base) is also very sturdy and has the cover as an added feature (which the Gemini currently does NOT have)-- but the convenience and display factor, as well as the sturdy construction, make the Gemini the best one for our purposes. I still need a third rack and will definitely order a second Gemini (we'll use the Z-base style for regular garments and use Gemini for our valuable fabrics). The ONLY drawback to this model is that there were no plastic covers available (yet) for this style... but once a cover is made for it, the Gemini will easily pull away from the rest of the pack as the most perfect, sturdy, well-made, easy-to-access hanging rack-- though the Z-base is more maneuverable, I don't move the fabrics around often enough for that to be a factor. In the meantime, we're using dry cleaning sleeves to keep the fabrics neat and dust-free.
