We do our best to make sure that everything on the site is in stock. Items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out–of–stock. You will be alerted and we will provide you with an approximate date of shipment.
On orders to Canada we charge $35 for brokerage fees plus an additional shipping and a handling fee of 30%. For remote areas there may be a surcharge based on the shipping costs. We collect GST and we handle all of the customs and brokerage fees. This means you will not receive a bill from a shipping company or from a customs broker. All prices are in US$.
